Custom Deck Building
We build custom decks in Trex and TimberTech composite and PVC decking — on new construction homes, as additions to an existing house, or as a full replacement for an aging wood deck. Every deck is designed around your yard, your house, and how you actually plan to use the space, then framed and finished to hold up through Western PA winters.
Deck Extensions & Demo/Rebuild
Already have a deck that's too small, or one that's deteriorated past the point of repair? We do both: extending an existing deck to open up more usable space, or a complete demo and rebuild when it's time to start over. In Adams Township, that meant extending a deck so the homeowners could get more real enjoyment out of it — along with a gated privacy panel for their dog.
Timber Frame Pavilions & Pergolas
Our timber frame pavilions and pergolas are built in Larch wood with standing-seam metal roofing — a permanent, covered outdoor room rather than a simple roof over a deck. In Mercer, PA, that meant a full timber frame pavilion and a matching Larch pergola, both set on a stamped concrete patio, for a property that hosts a community gathering space.
Patios & Pool Decks
We pour concrete pads beneath the decks we build and take on stamped and standard concrete patios as part of larger outdoor living projects, along with multi-level decks that step down toward a pool or patio. In Ellwood City, our scope was strictly the multi-level Trex Saddle deck shown here, built to lead directly down to the homeowners' above-ground pool — the stamped concrete patio and stone retaining wall visible in the photo were existing features on the property and were not part of our work.
Railings, Gates & Privacy Panels
From RDI privacy railing to a select range of aluminum railing systems, we match the railing to what the deck actually needs — whether that's an unobstructed view, a gate for the dog, or privacy from the neighbors.
Deck Lighting
RDI inlay lighting built directly into railing posts and stair risers, or solar cap lights along the top rail — deck lighting is a small add that changes how much you actually use the space after sunset. The Allison Park project below shows what RDI inlay lighting looks like at twilight, glowing along both the railing and the stairs.
Under-Deck Drainage Systems
An elevated deck usually means a wasted, muddy space underneath. With TimberTech AZEK waterproofing and drainage systems — paired with Key-Link aluminum post wraps and a poured concrete patio — we can turn that space into a dry, usable area you actually stand under during a storm. It's one of the more premium builds we offer, and one a lot of deck builders don't.
